These terms apply to your use of Swiing and Swiing GPS (together “the apps”), and to this website at swiing-app.com. By using the apps or this site you agree to these terms.
The apps are provided as-is
The apps are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we don’t guarantee that scores, distances, or other data will be free of errors or delays.
Don’t rely on Swiing GPS for safety-critical decisions
Swiing GPS gives you golf distance estimates from your phone’s GPS. It’s not a survey-grade device. Don’t use it for navigation, off-course safety, or anything other than informing your club selection while playing golf.
Your account
If you sign in, you’re responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the apps to violate other people’s rights or to interfere with the apps’ operation. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or building competing services on top of our backend isn’t allowed.
Third-party content
Tournament data, player names, course names, and similar third-party content shown in the apps belong to their respective owners and are used here for informational, non-commercial purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black’s Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and surface the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom.
